These terms govern your use of WPGuard, a service operated by ES Solutions Ltd (company no. 14911889), registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the scanner or requesting a report, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

WPGuard provides an automated audit of a website you submit, covering areas such as security, performance, SEO and AI readiness, using publicly available information. The free audit is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own the website you submit, or be authorised by its owner to have it scanned.
• You must not use the service to scan sites you have no right to test, or to disrupt, overload or misuse the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide.

3. No warranty

The audit is provided "as is" and "as available". While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that the report is complete, error-free, or that addressing the findings will prevent every security incident or performance issue. Nothing in the report constitutes a guarantee about the security or condition of your website.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ES Solutions Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the free audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

5. Paid services

If you engage us to help address the findings, that work will be covered by a separate agreement. These terms relate to the free audit and this website only.

6. Intellectual property

Your report is provided for your use. The WPGuard name, branding, software and scanner remain the property of ES Solutions Ltd.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
